Good discussions, new contacts and an outlook on promising projects in the next year: Koschany + Zimmer Architekten KZA look back on a successful participation at Expo Real. For three days, the Munich trade fair was a meeting point for thousands of specialists from the real estate industry.

„The mood was as positive as in years. We have felt a strong desire to tackle new construction projects,“ concludes Nina Bendler, director and authorized signatory at KZA.

The architectural office was once again a co-exhibitor of Expo Real at the community stand of the Rhine-Ruhr area. In addition to business partners, the KZA team also welcomed a guest from politics. Florian Pronold took advantage of this opportunity during his trade fair tour to make a personal interview.

The state secretary of the Federal Ministry of the Environment wanted to provide information about the modular concept developed by KZA on behalf of Vonovia. Together with KZA manager Axel Koschany and director Nina Bendler Pronold discussed intelligent ground-plans and new possibilities to create affordable living space with well thought-out storage space possibilities.
